Q: How soon can my copier get delivered?
A: You can schedule delivery of your new copier as soon 2 business days, however in certain situations we m can deliver next business day or on weekends for an added fee.
Q: What payment methods can I use to pay for my copier?
A: You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover, in the future we will also have the ability to pay check and ACH, however a major US credit will be required to be on file.
Q: Is toner included in my service plan?
A: Yes, all of our service plans include any parts, labor and toner.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We currently service the NY Tri-State region including long island, and North and central new jersey, and lower hudson valley, and southern Connecticut. As well as the Greater Scranton Wilkes-Barre and NEPA valley region. and South Florida Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe and St Lucie Counties.
Q: What brand copiers do you carry?
That will vary by location but we carry a mix of Kyocera Mita, Sharp, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Toshiba, HP, Brother and Epson. In short we carry most major brands but availability varies by location.
